We are looking for a Team Leader to join our manufacturing team on the shop floor to be responsible for the compliance of a team of Production Operators

Key Responsibilities include:
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority for all
Ensure the standard and priority for quality is adhered to
Have a clear understanding of daily and weekly performance targets
Assigning asset care tasks within the team
Carry out Team Briefings and start up meetings
Undertake improvement projects
People development including PDRs, setting objectives, training plans
Absence management and employee relations

Requirements
· Previous production manufacturing experience as a Team Leader within an FMCG environment is essential as well as filling and packing line experience
· Strong leadership skills
· Ability to engage and create buy in
· Can display what good looks like
· Strong people skills
· Ability to include others and have a coaching style and examples
· Proactively approaches issues with problem solving tools and techniques

This position is working 4 on 4 off, day and night shifts start at 0645 / 1845 and finishing at 1900 / 0700.

Due to the location of the businesses site and access to public transport, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
