With such a respected name on the market, this business is looking to continue their growth, introducing an exciting new role. Reporting into the Factory Engineering Manager, this role will manage and support the activities of the maintenance team to meet both Production and Engineering demands.
Responsibilities
Completing weekly maintenance plan within the factory
Focus on continuous improvement, looking at asset reliability and break down root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, engineers, and support staff
Co-ordination of engineering activities during maintenance days and shut down periods.
Requirements
FMCG Manufacturing experience
Management experience
Understanding of health and safety regulations
