Your valuable maintenance and management experience within the FMCG industry will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of production equipment, facilities, and utilities across their large manufacturing site in Greater London.
Responsibilities
Ensure all production machinery and related equipment are properly maintained and repaired to meet operational standards
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, engineers, and support staff
Requirements
FMCG Manufacturing experience
Management experience
Experience in using CMMS and other relevant software tools.
Understanding of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance
