Designed for a recent food grad with some industry exp under their belt, this role is created with progression in mind.
Gain training & development to mould you into a brilliant Senior NPD Technologist
Work with Sales & Marketing to create the NPD Pipeline, staying ahead of food trends and completing food tours to be inspired. Innovate new concepts, develop recipes, take this to COOP or Tesco HO to present and gain sign off. Working with the factory team, take this right through to launch.

The Person
Should have industry experience – ideally through completing internships or placements as part of your studies within food manufacturing; however we can look at chefs etc too
Must be a Food Science/related graduate
Must have permanent right to work in the UK (this means those with 2 year graduate visas or those requiring sponsorship should not apply)
