Our client, an FMCG manufacturing business, are dedicated to their craft, and their excellence starts with their exceptional team. I’m seeking a passionate General Manager to drive their performance to new heights.

As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of all on-site operations, overseeing the entire manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing efficiency, maintaining quality, and fostering a culture of excellence.

The role:
• Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Providing leadership and guidance to all departments, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
• Implementing structured processes and procedures to streamline operations and optimize productivity.
• P & L responsibility – Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure effective utilization.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Experience required:
