Job Title: Ecommerce Customer Development Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – minimum 1 day a week in office)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Dependent on experience (+ Car Allowance £400 pcm)
D R Newitt has partnered with an incredible sustainable Personal Care Product Brand based in Manchester looking for an Ecommerce Customer Development Manager.
This is an exciting and fast-paced position that’s full of potential! It is a relatively small company meaning you will be able to make a real impact across the business.
The Role:
You’ll be working with the Marketing, International and Amazon teams to maximise the Ecommerce potential globally, as well as:
• Acquisition of new Marketplace/Online platforms globally.
• Full management and accountability for customer P&L, including revenue, spend and profit targets.
• Develop customer relationships to grow sales within new business and existing customers.
• Work with our Shopper Marketing Manager to ensure a strong ROI for all customer initiatives.
The Right Person Will Have:
A well-rounded Ecommerce background including Pure Play Beauty Retailers. You will also:
• Have experience with ecommerce retailers, e.g., Amazon
• Be passionate about sustainability.
• Have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Be strategically minded with strong commercial acumen.
• Have a love for data.
• Be a dynamic, passionate, and driven self-starter.
• Be target driven and resilient.
Bonus points if:
• You have Data Integration experience.
