About you
You will support the trading performance of the online shop, site content and the customer journey. We are looking for a digital native, someone keen to learn, as well as having an interest in the latest digital developments and technology in order to support the team in accelerating the E-Commerce strategy this year and beyond.
Main responsibilities
The role will provide the opportunity to manage and optimise the E-Commerce department.
? Strategically merchandise the website and test navigation.
? Update and plan digital homepage calendar.
? Seasonally refresh website imagery.
? Plan new product launches, liaise with product teams & external studios.
? Manage Ecommerce-Coordinator and oversee new product upload.
? Work closely with the head of E-commerce to plan & execute promotional activity.
? Ensure that all spa & store activity is up to date and reflected online, including new treatments, classes, and events.
? Work closely with the distribution, customer service and retail teams.
? Monitor inventory levels, ensure good availability.
? Weekly and ad hoc reporting on website trade & KPI’s with a focus on increasing traffic and conversion rate.
? Make recommendations for website improvements and developments to support new product launches.
Essential Skills & Requirements
? A team-player willing to take initiative and multi-task.
? 3-5 years familiarity with websites and technical platforms.
? Technical experience in using Shopify and Magento web platform a plus.
? Knowledge of good user experience.
? Experience in beauty, clothing or the wellness industry a plus.
? Proficient in Microsoft suite, good analytics and excel skills.
