Position: Senior Sous Chef – Chinese Cuisine
Location: Hayes
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

This is a Senior Development Chef position, specialised in Chinese Cuisine, where you will create & present recipes/menus for businesses who's customers are expecting Michelin-star level dishes.

Requirements:
• Experience within fine dining, ideally at a Michelin-star level
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
• Strong presentation skills with an eye for detail.
• You don't need to have previous development experience, but should be more than capable of coming up with new recipes
• Suitable for someone wanting to step up or already at this level
• Must be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese to an advanced, fluent or native level

DOE salary paying c.£45-65k
