The Role
As the new Customer Service Representative, you’ll be office-based Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Within your team you’ll be responsible for a range of duties, including.
• Keep customers updated by phone & email with timeframes and product availability.
• Timely processing of customer purchase orders
• Liaise with hauliers regarding deliveries.
• General administration duties
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you will need.
• Previous experience in an office-based Customer Service role
• GCSE in Maths, English and ideally sciences
• Solid IT skills including Excel
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal along with a positive team player attitude.

If successful, the base salary is up to £28K with a performance-based bonus of up to £1K + benefits. This is a role where team communication and spirit are expected in a positive working environment.
