Job Overview:

I am seeking a skilled Production Manager/CI Manager to join a successful Food Manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.

Duties:

– Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business

– Lead and supervise improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency

– Analyse processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce waste

– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success

Skills:

– Proven experience in supervising and leading teams towards operational excellence

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

– Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving techniques

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
