Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough audits of food production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with food safety and quality regulations and communicate changes effectively within the organization.
Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Manage documentation and record-keeping related to compliance activities.
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance protocols and standards.
Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within the food industry.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and BRC standards.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in food safety or quality management (e.g., CFS, SQF) is a plus.
