Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday

The role
• Lead and manage the food safety compliance onsite
• Offer compliance guidance, support, and training
• Lead BRCGS and customer audits, ensuring that the company is always audit-ready
• Lead the continuous improvement of our food safety
• Management of our QMS
• Liaising with Production department
• Liaising with the Safety, Health & Environment department

Required:
• Experience in technical/quality/compliance within food manufacturing
• Great understanding of Quality and Food Safety requirements and standards in the food industry working to BRC standards
• HACCP qualification
• Lead Auditor Certification
