Are you looking for exposure to both retail and wholesale customer accounts? My bespoke bakery client is offering just that! Within this role you will be working with high profile brands and responsible for identifying potential new Customer opportunities to achieve this aim. This is the ideal training opportunity for future roles in Commercial Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure clear, accurate and up-to-date customer product information records across all accounts
Collate weekly sales data across all the accounts and present weekly and monthly reports with clear analysis of trends and recommendations
Research potential new customers
Pro-actively drive new product launches both internally and externally
Build promotional calendars and review promotional effectiveness for all Customers, including Wholesale, as required
Work closely with NPD and Procurement departments
Skills Requirements
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Strong written and communication skills essential
Robust analytical skills and the ability to concisely relay key outputs
Attention to detail is paramount and a methodical work style
Ability to drive is preferred but not essential
Highly organised individual and a self-starter who is able to work in a busy and dynamic environment
Knowledge of the bakery category is desirable but not essential if the successful candidate has a proven track record for achieving targets
