Job Description

Business Applications Administrator (Thursday-Monday) – £27k-£30k

A food manufacturing business based in Staffordshire are looking for a Business Application Administrator to ensure all application users are trained, mentored and supported to ensure the system is accurate. The company use Microsoft Navision/NAV to support their goods in/goods out from a raw materials aspect.

Role & responsibilities
• Resolving Navision user’s queries/issues
• Creating, reviewing and maintaining system SOP and training materials
• Support internal project teams
• Prepare business cases for application improvement

Skills needed
• Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV/Navision
• Good problem solving skills
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to build relationships with other areas of the business
