✨ We’re Hiring: Technical Manager – Food Manufacturing ✨

📍 Based in Aberdeen

Are you passionate about food safety, quality, and compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to take the lead in ensuring best-in-class standards at our high-grade food manufacturing site in Aberdeen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead all technical and food safety functions across the site

• Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Drive compliance with BRC, HACCP, and customer codes

• Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvements

• Mentor and develop QA and hygiene teams

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing technical management

• Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP (Level 3 minimum), and food safety legislation

• Scientific/technical qualification (HND or degree preferred)

• High Care/High Risk experience and auditing skills
