Job Title: Specifications Technologist

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: Up To £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Legislation along with customer codes of practice

  • Customer Questionnaire

  • Raw Material OR Finished Product Specifications

  • Documentation of procedures

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Supplier Approval

  • Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance

 

The Candidate:

  • Degree in Food Safety/Food Science/ Food Technology or Similar.

  • Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Essential)

  • Experience in any technical role within the food industry (Essential)
