I’m partnering with a well-established, highly respected food manufacturer to find a Senior Concept & Process Technologist who can bridge the gap between kitchen creativity and factory reality. This is a genuinely end-to-end role where you get to take products from idea to launch across branded, own-label and foodservice.

• Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

• Location: South West

• Schedule: Flexi start/finish times - 1 day WFH

What you’ll be doing

• Leading new product and packaging concepts from kitchen trials through to full-scale manufacture

• Planning, running and evaluating factory and packing trials, including first production runs

• Acting as the key link between Product Development and Manufacturing

• Identifying and mitigating process risks early to ensure smooth launches

• Working closely with suppliers, customers and co-manufacturers

• Ensuring products meet all food safety, quality, regulatory and retailer requirements

• Contributing to innovation strategy, benchmarking and market trend activity
