Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Quality professional with a background in food manufacturing?

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to join a leading food producer and take ownership of site quality and food safety standards. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accreditations, leading audits, managing the QMS, and driving a strong food safety culture across the business. Confident in customer contact, compliance, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and legality.

Key Requirements:

· Experience in a Quality or Technical Management role within food manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, and food safety systems.
· Confident leading audits and responding to non-conformances.
· Experience maintaining site accreditations and managing customer standards.
· Ability to train, motivate, and influence teams across the site.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
