- Be the go-to contact for your customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Make sure all compliance and documentation is on point, following BRC processes.
- Work closely with Technical, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to keep projects moving.
- Help create and deliver inspiring customer presentations.
- Stay ahead of food trends and competitor activity to fuel innovation.
- Keep admin slick, accurate, and up to date.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in food or a related subject.
- 3+ years’ experience in an NPD role
- A genuine passion for food and an eye for trends.
- Strong organisational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail.
- A flexible, hands-on approach and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint a must).
- A full driving license and willingness to travel (UK and internationally).
What’s in It for You:
- 25 days holiday (rising with service) plus bank holidays
- Contributory pension & life assurance
- Private health insurance and wellbeing benefits
- A supportive, ambitious team in a business that invests in its people
