HR Advisor

Greater Glasgow/Inverness or Aberdeen | Hybrid | Some travel required

Mon Fri | 0800-1700

We’re working with a successful, family-owned international agri-business that’s continuing to invest in its people and HR function. They’re now looking to appoint an HR Advisor to support managers and employees across multiple UK sites.

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day HR and ER support
  • Advise managers on policies, procedures and employment law
  • Manage absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across a multi-site operation

About You

  • CIPD qualified
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Confident advising managers in an operational environment
  • Manufacturing / operational background advantageous
