Greater Glasgow/Inverness or Aberdeen | Hybrid | Some travel required
Mon Fri | 0800-1700
We’re working with a successful, family-owned international agri-business that’s continuing to invest in its people and HR function. They’re now looking to appoint an HR Advisor to support managers and employees across multiple UK sites.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day HR and ER support
- Advise managers on policies, procedures and employment law
- Manage absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships across a multi-site operation
About You
- CIPD qualified
- Strong employee relations experience
- Confident advising managers in an operational environment
- Manufacturing / operational background advantageous
