Greater Glasgow/Inverness or Aberdeen | Hybrid | Some travel required
Mon Fri | 0800-1700
We’re working with a successful, family-owned international agri-business that’s continuing to invest in its people and HR function. They’re now looking to appoint an HR Advisor to support managers and employees across multiple UK sites.
The Role
Provide day-to-day HR and ER support
Advise managers on policies, procedures and employment law
Manage absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships across a multi-site operation
About You
CIPD qualified
Strong employee relations experience
Confident advising managers in an operational environment
Manufacturing / operational background advantageous
