Senior Customer Service Representative
West Midlands – Site based role

This role will become a leadership position
£38k

You will be looking after:
– Orders: prioritise and process all internal and external customers’ orders received via email and telephone ensuring all customer information records are updated and accessible within the customer service function.
– Transport & Invoicing: Proximity with our service providers, inform of customers delivery requirements, ensuring all orders are dispatched.
– Query Resolution: prioritise and process all internal and external customers’ queriesreceived via email telephone in person such as credits, shortage claims, delivery product & customer information
