Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Overview:

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced technical leader with a proven track record within high care food manufacturing, looking to step into into a new role with a progressive, family run business with decades of success.

You'll use your knowledge of Major UK Retailer CCP's gained from a previous role to ensure the business are compliance with their requirements, as well as be comfortable within a 'hands on' environment contributing to the overall site food safety standards. This role is crucial to ensure their products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the labelling function to ensure compliance with food safety legislation and customer requirements.

• Maintain and update company QMS, being fully competent with all traceability systems and document control.

• Ensure all product is being produced safety and to specifications as per customer requirements.

• Support the Technical Manager with external audits, ensuring the quality team are always inspection ready.
