Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

Location: Horley, Surrey

Salary: Up To £60,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Daily Responsibilities:

Deliver and continuously improve the company’s food safety and QMS system
Ensure documented technical controls are operated within the site
Ensure legal requirements, customers codes of practices, and industry standards are upheld
Maintaining accurate data collection, identifying trends, and escalating when intervention is required. I.e., complaints out of spec micro, Taste panel, serious complaints.
Monitoring systems i.e., QA checks, GMP audits, Process audits etc ensuring audits
Review of artwork and QMS-related documents are made promptly to ensure successful launches.
Report to the Site Technical Manager
Review of technical documents
Writing/Reviewing of Specifications
Supplier Approval
