Are you a quality-focused technical expert with a strong background in food manufacturing and HACCP systems?

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join a dynamic and well-established poultry manufacturer at their main site in Bilston. You'll bring at least 3 years' technical management experience in food production, with a solid understanding of quality management systems, BRCGS, HACCP, and customer audits.

A strong understanding of food safety legislation and customer compliance is essential.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Technical Manager or similar role within food manufacturing (ideally chilled).
· Strong knowledge of BRCGS, internal auditing, and quality systems.
· Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead on-site QA and technical teams.
· Hands-on, proactive approach with outstanding attention to detail.
