We’re looking for an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain seamless data integrations across our Trade Promotion Management (TPM), ERP, finance, and analytics systems. The Role

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you’ll take ownership of integration architecture, data mapping, and middleware strategies that enable smooth data flow between platforms such as UpClear BluePlanner (TPM), ERP (M3), and financial and reporting systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with digital, finance, and commercial teams to ensure our integration solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, scalable integrations across TPM, ERP, finance, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead the integration architecture and middleware strategy, including data transformation and orchestration.
  • Define and execute test scenarios for pricing, promotions, and settlement flows.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to safeguard data integrity.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation for integrations and APIs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the broader integration and digital roadmap.
  • Your Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in data or integration engineering within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise integrating Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems (e.g., BluePlanner, SAP TPM, Blacksmith) with ERP and commercial applications.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Data Factory, Functions, and Event Grid.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, messaging tools (e.g., Azure Service Bus), and data formats.
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial processes such as trade accruals, deductions, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for automation and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Power BI for visualising TPM and commercial data insights.
  • Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or CPG environments.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and modern DevOps practices.
