QA Administrator

Job description

As our Quality Assurance Administrator, you’ll be the crucial link between production, quality, and stock management. You’ll make sure every finished product meets standards, every batch is accurately documented, and the right stock is always in the right place at the right time.

You’ll be trusted to keep us compliant, audit-ready, and running smoothly—because when you do your job well, the entire operation performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities (with full training and support provided)

  • Carry out end-of-line quality checks and confirm that finished products meet company and regulatory standards before release
  • Sample and inspect materials and packaging, maintain accurate batch documentation and controlled forms to ensure full traceability
  • Prepare and provide labels for secondary packaging, supporting a smooth production process
  • Work closely with production and quality teams, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in food safety, compliance, and efficiency

 

About you

  • Experience in quality control or assurance within food, supplements, or related manufacturing, with exposure to HACCP, risk assessments, or SOPs (training provided if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy under pressure, and confidence managing batch documentation and compliance requirements
  • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word, and a proactive approach to spotting and resolving issues early
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
