Embedding a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and streamlining site processes.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to ensure a seamless, end-to-end operational flow.
Acting as a champion of the company’s values and culture, leading by example and motivating your teams to do the same.
Supporting recruitment, training, and retention strategies in partnership with HR and L&D.

Coaching and developing your leadership team to enhance capability and performance.
Being a key voice in the cultural and leadership development of the site, with a strong focus on employee engagement and customer excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior operations or site leadership roles, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A proven track record in operational planning and driving improvements that deliver measurable results.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
