NPD Project Executive

My client, one of the leading Food Manufacturers in the UK, are looking to recruit an NPD Project Executive to join their growing and expanding business. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s looking to take the next step in their career and build on existing project management experience. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Project Management, supporting the delivery of both NPD and EPD projects.

What the role involves:

• Supporting the full project lifecycle across NPD and EPD projects.
• Managing and maintaining accurate project data, spotting gaps and resolving issues.
• Creating and refreshing weekly dashboards to report KPIs.
• Keeping project systems (SharePoint) up to date and easy to navigate.
• Helping teams use the Stage Gate process effectively – delivering training and sharing best practice where needed.
• Working cross-functionally to hold stakeholders accountable and ensure deadlines are met.

What I’m looking for:

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in project management or supporting projects.
• Knowledge of project processes such as Stage Gate
• Confident using Excel and handling data
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach, with the ability to problem-solve and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment.
