What you'll do

You’ll handle the technical side of the company’s relationships with big-name supermarket customers, keeping food safety and quality standards on point. When complaints come in, you’ll dig into the trends and solve the issues at the root.

Keeping an eye on technical KPIs will give you a chance to drive performance improvements, while managing product specifications will keep you involved in how products are approved and presented to retailers.

What you'll need

  • Experience managing technical issues in a customer-facing capacity

  • Proven track record working with major supermarket customers

  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and quality systems
