Food Production Operative

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Production Operative to join a fast-paced, authentic food production business based in North West London. Specialising in high-quality food products, this role offers a chance to work hands-on in multiple food categories —no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality products using traditional techniques
• Safely operate bakery and cooking machinery in line with operational guidelines
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients in accordance with recipe specifications
• Package, label, and palletise finished items ready for distribution
• Uphold strict hygiene and food safety protocols throughout all stages of production
• Maintain accurate records through production logs and carry out routine quality control checks

What I'm Looking For:

• Experience in food production
• Confident working to standard operating procedures and quality controls
• Good communication and time management skills

Work Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 20kg with assistance 
• Able to remain on your feet for extended periods
