The Role

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering a calendar of national and regional events
  • Managing logistics, budgets, supplier relationships, and post-event evaluation
  • Supporting brand visibility, internal communications, and community outreach
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and operational teams
  • Leading on-site teams to ensure seamless delivery and guest satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Has 3+ years of experience in events management (retail, charity, or corporate preferred)
  • Is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Can demonstrate creative thinking, resilience, and commercial awareness
  • Has excellent communication and supplier negotiation skills
  • Understands brand consistency, community engagement, and ROI metrics
