The Role
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering a calendar of national and regional events
- Managing logistics, budgets, supplier relationships, and post-event evaluation
- Supporting brand visibility, internal communications, and community outreach
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and operational teams
- Leading on-site teams to ensure seamless delivery and guest satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has 3+ years of experience in events management (retail, charity, or corporate preferred)
- Is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Can demonstrate creative thinking, resilience, and commercial awareness
- Has excellent communication and supplier negotiation skills
- Understands brand consistency, community engagement, and ROI metrics
