Opportunity to Join a Rapidly Growing Commodities Business
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced B2B Sales or Procurement Executive to join a fast-growing, family-run business based in Merseyside, supplying high-quality raw ingredients to leading names in various manufacturing sectors in the UK markets.
This is a great role for a commercially minded sales professional with a background in B2B sales, ideally within commodities. Candidates from outside the sector will also be considered if they bring strong, transferable skills and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients, particularly at buyer/procurement level.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and align with procurement-led sales strategies.
- Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Drive new business opportunities and maximise sales with current accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and contribute to wider business growth.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within functional ingredients, chemicals, or similar sectors.
- Ability to generate leads, win new business, and grow existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
