A leading international food manufacturer is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead its European Technical Team and ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.

🔹 The role:

• Lead and mentor a multi-site technical team
• Oversee supplier assurance, specifications & product artwork
• Manage audits, risk assessments & due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with EU/UK food law & labelling requirements
• Partner with Procurement, NPD & Marketing on product innovation
• Act as a key contact for customers, suppliers & certification bodies

🔹 About you:

• Degree in Food/Science (or related)
• 5+ years in Technical, Supplier Assurance or Regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of BRC, GFSI, EU/UK Food Law & labelling
• Lead Auditor trained, HACCP & Food Hygiene desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

📍 UK-based, ideally is to be based near one of the business facilities with multi-site responsibilities, but home-based will be considered.
