European Technical Compliance Manager

We’re looking for a food compliance expert to lead technical standards across our clients UK and & European sites.

Home based role, with a regular travel requirement (candidates should be UK based)
Salary in the range of £55,000 - £60,000

In this high-impact role, you’ll:

✅ Be the go-to contact for major retailers on compliance & technical standards
✅ Drive consistency, efficiency, and improvements across Europe
✅ Lead audits, monitor legislation, and keep them ahead of industry changes
✅ Support business growth by guiding new certifications & customer requirements

What you’ll bring:
Degree in Food Science (or related)
Strong knowledge of EU & UK Food Law, BRC & GFSI standards
5+ years in senior Technical/Quality roles within food manufacturing
Lead Auditor trained, with experience managing retailer relationships
