BASED EDINBURGH, EH2

ROLE 

Principal purpose:

  • To provide administrative support to the European CEO and his direct reports

 

Main accountabilities:

  1. Provide full admin support to European Business Unit, as well as other key functions in the Edinburgh office. Duties such as Inductions plans for new starts, PowerPoint, setting up all meetings etc.

 

  1. Manage diary and travel requirements for European Function heads (6 Directors).

 

  1. Raising Purchase Orders for EBU and their teams. Raising BACS requests.

 

  1. Updating TMS and Holiday spreadsheets for each department.

 

  1. Meeting room and diary management for EBU. Setting up all meeting room refreshments and organising lunches for all European Board meetings.

 

  1. Travel management for European Directors and their teams, booking via one-line portal and our travel management company.

 

  1. Provide support to the Executive PA mainly with office management duties.

 

  1. Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and holidays – carrying out reception duties as and when required.

 

  1. Assist Communications Manager and Charity Committee.

 

Other:

  1. Minute taker at Committee.

  2. First Aid & Mental Health First Aider.

 

CANDIDATE 

Essential:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office

  • Administrative experience with an eye for detail

  • Experience providing PA support to Director level 

  • Punctual and good timekeeping

  • Good common sense

  • Good team player

  • Good attention to detail

Based full time at prestigious EH2 address – Monday – Friday 830am – 5pm

Salary: £27K
