Job description
Job Title: Administrator – Stock Control Team
Location: Essex
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Planning manager
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)

A leading food manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality products. We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Stock Control Team and support efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and updating stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Support inventory audits and perform stock reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and generate reports.
Assist in the preparation of procurement orders and track deliveries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock is available for production.
Ensure all stock is stored and handled in compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or stock control environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic experience with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
