About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Site Manager to lead operations at our site in Essex/south east England. This is a key leadership role within our UK operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site performance — including production, maintenance, quality, health and safety, and team management.

Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of technical expertise and strong leadership capability. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields

  • Proven experience managing plant operations in manufacturing or continuous process industries (food sector preferred)

  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulations

  • Experience with continuous improvement and reliability methodologies

  • Solid project management and commercial awareness

  • Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills
