Senior NPD Technologist

Job Title: Senior NPD Technologist
Location: Coventry

Join a fast-paced NPD team driving innovation in food manufacturing. You'll be working on a brand new product line, developing and trialling new recipes, ensuring they're cost-effective, operationally sound, and ready for market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test brand new food concepts in the kitchen and factory
• Support factory trials and capture critical data
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Ops, Packaging, Finance)
• Manage samples for testing and customer feedback

What You Bring:

• Food Science or related degree with some strong industry experience
• Hands-on NPD or Process experience (minimum 2- 3 years)
• Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
• Confidence! There will be travel involved with this role as well
• Able to juggle multiple projects and think on your feet
• Comfortable in kitchens, factories, and office environments

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Bakery or Snacking products
• Full driving license and flexibility to travel – there will be an opportunity to travel to Mexico and America for a few months!
