Process Technologist

My client, a family-run food manufacturer passionate about improving lives through delicious food, are seeking an enthusiastic Process Technologist to take ownership of production trials and play a key role in bringing new products to market. In this varied role, you’ll lead factory trials, work closely with the Operations team, and ensure a smooth handover from NPD to production. You’ll become an essential link between teams, supporting recipe development, process improvement, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Salary: £30-£32k DOE
