NPI Manager

Job description

I’m working with a leading food manufacturer who is looking for a talented NPI Manager to take ownership of new product launches from concept through to production.

This role will suit someone who thrives on collaboration, working closely with customers, technical teams, and operations to ensure every launch hits its quality, cost, and timing targets. You’ll also lead and mentor a small team, driving continuous improvement and innovation on site.

🔹 Experience in food manufacturing, NPD/NPI, and customer management is essential
🔹 Based in Northern Ireland with some travel across sites
🔹 £35-45k
🔹 5 days on site
