Concept Development Manager

Are you an experienced product developer with a track record in bakery innovation?

We’re looking for a Concept Development Manager to lead a small team for a high-end manufacturer of premium bakery products. You’ll have proven experience in bakery NPD and team leadership, with a strong understanding of recipe formulation, costing, and critical path management.

The role is varied and hands-on, you’ll be taking products from concept to launch, managing everything from samples to full production in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Experience in bakery development and an eye for the latest trends is essential.

Key Requirements:

· Proven bakery NPD experience with leadership responsibility.
· Recipe formulation, costing, and project management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
