Compliance Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring world-class food safety and health & safety standards? We’re looking for a proactive Compliance Manager to join our client’s team in Glasgow.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for compliance, from conducting audits and managing corrective actions to driving continuous improvement and liaising with customers, suppliers, and regulators. You’ll lead compliance initiatives, support operations teams, and make a real impact on how they deliver safe, high-quality services every day.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong background in food safety & health & safety compliance
• Relevant qualifications (Food Safety Diploma/Bachelor’s + H&S certificate)
• Experience leading audits, managing change, and influencing stakeholders
• A detail-focused, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skills
