Compliance Manager

£45,000 - £50,000

Take full control of a high-impact compliance function and shape it with your ideas.

You’ll lead the development of a critical compliance function, backed by investment and long-term security. You’ll also get a pension worth 8% of your salary, plus life insurance and Medicash cover.

What you'll do

You'll take ownership of key compliance areas and shape them with your expertise. You’ll manage the internal audit schedule, ensuring that all audits are completed on time and to the required standard.

You’ll also take ownership of the Quality Management System, maintaining and developing it to meet the needs of the business and its customers. Supplier Assurance will be another key area, where you’ll maintain and manage the process to ensure suppliers meet the required standards.

Additionally, you’ll manage the Product Specifications and Artwork library, keeping it accurate and up to date. You’ll also lead and develop two technical employees, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow.

What you'll need

  • Experience managing technical teams in the UK food manufacturing industry

  • Strong knowledge of major retailer codes of practice

  • Proven track record of hosting and managing audits
