The Company
Due to outstanding growth my client is seeking to add a new Warehouse Operations Manager to guide and mentor the team to achieving targets and deliver their outstanding produce to their customers on time in full and in pristine condition.
As a business they create and deliver unique and delicious food items to their customers who are predominantly end consumers via their E-commerce channels.

The Role
As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will be connected to all parts of the business including NPD, production, and marketing. As part of the leadership team your duties will be varied and include.
• Manage your team of c15 picker- packers and dispatch operatives with a focus on quality control in a high-volume environment. Maximise your team.
• Order fulfilment activities inc order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
• Manage your Local and National 3PL’s
• Implement strategies for the warehouse & fulfilment centre to be efficient in peak seasons.
• Bring your IT skills including Excel (Advanced), WMS and despatch software. You’ll be confident with reporting.
Your Skills & Experience
To be a successful Warehouse Operations Manager you will need.
• A background in warehousing for a multi-site, multi- channel E-commerce food business
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• A mentor, someone who grow and maximise your team.
• A passionate problem solver
• Focused on quality and customer service.
