I am working exclusively with one of the UK’s leading Food Manufacturers, based in Scotland. They are looking for candidates with extreme enthusiasm and exceptional leadership skills, that can take on full responsibility of a growing and expanding company.

The Role – Warehouse Manager.

If you are looking for a new challenge within Food and FMCG sector, then this role is for you. I am looking for candidates that can motivate their teams through effective leadership skills, a candidate that is a team player who fully co-operates with others, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational areas within the Warehouse.

The Role:

• Provide direction and leadership to the warehouse team and stock administrators, to ensure productivity, quality and stock accuracy.
• Monitor procedures and processes for the receipt, storage, packing and despatch of products.
• Take charge of stock control and warehouse organisation by implementing strong policies and procedures.
• Recruitment and training.
• Commitment to maintain and improve Health and Safety standards.
• Ensuring machinery, vehicles and equipment are well maintained and fit for use.

The Candidate:

• Effective leadership by supporting employee engagement and motivation.
• Strong warehouse experience – including inventory management.
• Exceptional communicator both verbal/written.
• Target driven.
• Valid FLT license.
