Job Title: Training Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a confident and ambitious Training Manager with the ability to define the companies training and development strategy. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in up skilling our brilliant workforce to provide the best service to our customer base. You must have strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry, particularly with residential and commercial applications within categories such as Solar, EV and Energy Storage. It is also key to have excellent management skills within a fast paced environment along with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

– Develop comprehensive training and development material including presentations, and best practices.

– Closely collaborate with department needs and subject matter experts to identify and tackle the needs and objectives of the business.

Key Competencies

Excellent knowledge of the renewable energy industry

Ability to travel in the UK

Experience in a similar role within training or learning and development

Planning, prioritising and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

To be able to work on your own initiative
