Delivery of training courses to delegates to ensure the proficient use of our advanced electrotherapy based treatment systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Ensuring effective training and product knowledge is imparted to certify delegates on the use of equipment.
•Assisting with the development of training materials and procedures
•Identify activities to deliver added value to promote and market our systems and products
•Training administration
•Train internal employees / new starters when necessary
•Assisting with the development of new treatments
•Assisting Operations with the testing of returned or faulty machines
•Cleaning and maintenance of training rooms and stock room
•Monthly stock takes to ensure adequate training consumables are ordered
•Answer customer product/training queries
•Working at National & International trade shows and events
•Assisting the department in all areas as and when required
•Assisting the Operations Manager and Directors when required

•Understand the psychology of selling: what is important and how to deliver what the customer wants whilst maximising the sales opportunity to the company
•Hands on experience in aesthetics and beauty procedures
•A complete understanding of skincare, skin biology and cosmetic ingredients
•General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Effective presentation skills
•Able to prioritise workloads and responsibilities
