Trading manager – £30000 – £40000
A brand new position available for a trading manager to join an international food manufacturing business. You will be developing procurement and sales of produce to efficiently meet customers’ orders. You will also be negotiating more efficient cost prices and arranging transportation to maximise profits.
Job Description
You will be…
• Overseeing sales admin such as sales processing, invoicing, ensuring POD shortages are investigated and maintaining EDI systems
• Confirming depot stock levels and availability
• Researching competitor pricing strategies
• Analysing stock movement to ensure correct invoicing and service levels
• Maintain planned cost prices of supply chain and corporate level agreements
• Promote and manage customer relationships to maintain supplier reputation and deliver on service level agreements
Skills and experience
• Language skills would be beneficial (Spanish preferable)
• Driving license
• Computer literate with knowledge of the Microsoft suit of business tools
• Educated to A level or higher
