Manchester Based Role –
My client is a well-established Food Manufacturer seeking to add to their Customer Service team as they experience continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking the next step in their career within the food industry.
Deliver excellent customer experience through effective handling of customer orders, requests and complaints.
Develop customer relationships in order to build knowledge of their business and ways of working.
Apply customer knowledge to provide a differentiated level of customer service
Execution of the sales contract
Efficient sales order processing (all order types) in accordance with European Operational Procedures.
Proactive development of a professional and positive relationship with assigned customers
Follow – Up and review contract pricing agreements with Sales Managers
Actively contribute to CRM activities of the “ Go to market team”
Close cooperation with Sales, CSPI, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance
Qualification – Skill Requirements:
Relevant Customer Service experience
Preferably from a Manufacturing background
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Able to work independently & Part of a team
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP
£20k - £26k Salary – Dependent on Experience
