Job Title: Quality Assurance
Location: Essex
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000-25,000
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the food industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the products and processes, ensuring that they meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Conduct quality audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications
Work closely with production and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance and food safety to employees at all levels
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in quality assurance in the food industry
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g. HACCP, GMP, ISO)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
